Virtual Legacy is the Players Committee Virtual-card era from the 2009 Virtual Block Reorganization to the 2014 Virtual Card Pool Reset. It is packaged as Virtual Blocks 1–9 and Legacy Virtual Shields. The full constructed pool is Legacy Open.
Sets
The 2009 reorganization grouped earlier numbered Virtual Sets into six thematic Blocks.[1] Blocks 7–9 are later expansions. Set index: Virtual Blocks (2009-2014). Event page: 2009 Virtual Block Reorganization. Tiles: Main Page.
Constructed pools
From the 2009 reorganization to the 2014 reset, the Players Committee's constructed format (its "standard" format) was every Decipher card plus every virtual card released so far, so the pool grew with each release.[2] This wiki gives each dated pool its own page. Each page gives its sources; where a legal date is not known the page says so.

The 9.2 release, Twilight Of The Republic, has a PDF dated 14 July 2014, but on 25 July 2014 the Players Committee said it "will not be released in its current form"; no legal date for it was found.[2] After the reset the pre-reset cards became the fixed Legacy format, Legacy Open.[2][3]

Rules
The era's rules book is Players Committee Advanced Rulebook 2.0. That book introduced the Mission card type.
End of the era
The 2014 Virtual Card Pool Reset cut the competitive virtual pool. Since the reset, the pre-reset Blocks form the fixed Legacy Open format. Current numbering is the Virtual Modern era.
