Premiere - Virtual Block 7.4
Premiere - Virtual Block 7.4 is the constructed card pool of every Decipher card plus the Players Committee virtual cards through Virtual Block 7.4: Ultimate Legacy. The Players Committee released 7.4 on 16 December 2011; the PDF has official text as of the same day.[1][2] No tournament-legal date was found. Decklists of the 2012 Match Play Championship (10–12 February 2012) use 7.4 cards such as Hindsight (V) and Mace Windu, Master Of The Order.[3] The pool lasted until Virtual Block 8.1 (official text 11 May 2012) became legal; that date is unknown.[4] The Players Committee's name for its constructed format until 2014 was Standard: the 25 July 2014 announcement that replaced this pool was titled "Reset of Standard Format" and said that "The new Standard tournament format will consist of all post-reset V Cards".[5] "Legacy" was created only then, for the pre-reset cards.

History
Ultimate Legacy closed Block 7 with 22 cards (12 Dark Side, 10 Light Side).[21] On 14 April 2012 the Players Committee announced Block 8, Scoundrels, which "seeks to help make decks that feature these fringe element see more playing time while also shifting the overall meta away from big decks like Communing and Hunt Down V".[23]
