How card printings are numbered

Each physical or labeled text is its own wiki card page. A card that was never changed has no empty “errata” headings.

Identifiers

Do not renumber GEMP blueprint ids. The infobox GEMP ID is the id GEMP actually loads. Letter suffixes mark older text-state layers.

  • Family key — bare GEMP id (example: 3_1 for 2-1B).
  • Current playable — same bare id on the article GEMP loads. Human title is Title (Errata) when that is Decipher's last word, or Title (PC Errata) when the Players Committee rewrote past Decipher.
  • Print — suffix o when a later errata exists (example: 1_19o, 2_42o). Page is unmarked Title. Title (Original) is a redirect to that unmarked print article, not a second card page.
  • Decipher errata as a middle layer — suffix d only when print, Decipher errata, and PC errata are three distinct texts (example: Attack Run (Errata) 2_42d). When Decipher errata is current GEMP text, the Errata article uses the bare id (worked: Luke Skywalker (Errata) 1_19).
  • No PC and no Decipher errata — only bare N_M; all eras resolve to it.
  • Virtual cards — their own ids (200+ / Set N / 11xx / 12xx). Keep (V) titles. Not an errata of a Decipher card unless a real replacement is sourced.

Do not use wiki-only -PC / -OR / -DE as playable ids. Human titles stay (PC Errata) / (Errata). Do not prefix Original on the printed article. Infobox Versions prefixes: Decipher · Decipher Errata · PC Errata · Virtual Original · Virtual Legacy · Virtual Modern. See Style guide and Template:Card/doc.

Example (Decipher + PC): Attack Run print 2_42o; Attack Run (Errata) Decipher 2_42d; Attack Run (PC Errata) bare 2_42. Attack Run (Original) redirects to Attack Run. Example (Decipher-only Glossary): Luke Skywalker print 1_19o; Luke Skywalker (Errata) bare 1_19. Luke Skywalker (Original) redirects to Luke Skywalker. Example (PC-only App A): 2-1B (Too-Onebee) print 3_1o; 2-1B (Too-Onebee) (PC Errata) bare 3_1.

What you see on a page

A card with no known errata shows one game-text block. Errata headings appear only when errata_of or errata_cards is filled (or when sibling (Errata) pages are linked from Versions).
