Premiere - Virtual Block 7.3
Premiere - Virtual Block 7.3 is the constructed card pool of every Decipher card plus the Players Committee virtual cards through Virtual Block 7.3: Ultimate Conflict. The Players Committee released 7.3 on 3 June 2011; the PDF has official text as of the same day.[1][2] No tournament-legal date was found, but decklists of the 2011 US Nationals and the 2011 German National Championship (both 18 June 2011) already use 7.3 cards.[3][4] The pool lasted until Virtual Block 7.4, released on 16 December 2011, became legal; that date is unknown.[5] The Players Committee's name for its constructed format until 2014 was Standard: the 25 July 2014 announcement that replaced this pool was titled "Reset of Standard Format" and said that "The new Standard tournament format will consist of all post-reset V Cards".[6] "Legacy" was created only then, for the pre-reset cards.

- The earlier numbered Virtual Sets 1–17, including Defensive Shields, as realigned in 2009 into Virtual Blocks 1–5.[7][8]
- Virtual Block 6 release 6.1 Reflections IV (110 cards).[9][10] Seventeen of the Legacy Virtual Shields were printed in this release.[11]

- Virtual Block 6 release 6.3 Mercenaries (34 cards).[14][15]
- Virtual Block 7 release 7.1 Ultimate Power (48 cards).[16][17]

Changes made while this pool was in force:
- 3 June 2011, with the release: errata to Rogue Insertion (V) and In The Hands Of The ISB (V), and a rules change for Mission cards.[1]
- 23 June 2011: "In an effort to tone down two of the recently released Light Side themes, the Competitive Balance Team has issued errata to five cards", among them Master Kenobi.[21]
History
Compared with Premiere - Virtual Block 7.2, the pool adds the 43 Ultimate Conflict cards (21 Dark Side, 22 Light Side).[20] The June 2011 Nationals decklists include 7.3 cards such as Master Kenobi and Bacta Infirmary.[3][4]
