The Virtual Blocks (2009-2014) are the Players Committee Virtual Block packages of the Virtual Legacy era. The 2009 Virtual Block Reorganization grouped the previous numbered Virtual Sets into six thematic Blocks.[1] Blocks 7 through 9 are later expansions. Legacy Virtual Shields sit in the same pool. The full constructed pool is Legacy Open.

September 2009 on Blocks 1–6 is the reorganization date. Those cards first shipped across 2002–2009 as Virtual Sets 1–18.
