James Van Fleet, Red 15.

James Van Fleet (Jim Van Fleet) was a Decipher-era Squadron Member, Red 15 and a Flight Leader in the Coruscant region, from Mifflinburg, Pennsylvania.[1][2] His slot was marked Retired after Decipher's SWCCG run.[2] He finished 63rd in DecipherCon 1999 Progressive Sealed Deck at DecipherCon 1999.[3]

In their own words

The lack of players and local tournament directors in central Pennsylvania in the summer of 1996 drove me to become a TD, and then a Squadron Member, so I could organize as many tournaments as possible, and develop a group of local players.

In 1997 I expanded my efforts to include northern New Jersey, running tournaments and recruiting tournament directors. Seeing the game grow, and helping to encourage the explosion of new players, has been very satisfying. Now I have lots of potential opponents!

The highlight of each year for me is helping out at the Decipher booth at Conventions and Shows, and helping with the Regional Qualifier tournaments.[4]
