Deck info

Introduction

My own little twist on EBO. I haven't built a deck in a long time so if I leave out a good defensive shield or new strategy then that's why. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. *last post was missing quite a few cards*

The published list has 64 cards.

  • Prepared Defenses is the Dark starting Interrupt; this Light list is linked to its Light counterpart, Heading For The Medical Frigate.

Strategy

Point of the deck is to get EBO running so you can own space. I used starfighters with matching pilots which I haven't seen used very much in EBO. Most of what I see is just non-unique x-wings. I wanted to try something different. Hopefully with all the power in space you can drain without too much to worry about, and if they do come after you, you should be ablto give them a good beatdown.

1st turn you'll use Wokling to get out ANSB. Strike Planning is used to get out Crix and you then use him to get out greeve or midge. Pull the other on the next turn, along with an echo site and EBO. This way you should be able to set up fairly quickly. (unless i've forgotten something.=) ) Also, I do realize the deck is over the card limit. I was hoping you guys could help me figure out what to remove.

Here's a list of some cards and the reason they're in the deck.

Haven- Gives a good place to deploy ships and win battles.

Order to Engage-If they get scared you can make 'em pay for it.

The Planet That....-Keep 'em from getting any big drains from something like Dark Deal

Lightsaber Proficiency- Better drains on the ground.

Kessel Run-Retrieval with Ralltiir Freighter Captain and Outrider.

Signal- get your effects out

Darklighter Spin- Gettin a 9 battle destiny draw on just one card is killer.

Power Pivot-reducing power to 0 or puttin 'em in the lost pile

Hyper Escape- Run away if you have to

Rebel Barrier- Keep a big ship from battling

It Could be worse- absorb any damage from huge drains or severe battle loss (which shouldn't happen)

Aquaris- Xtra force generation

Sullust, Tatooine- pull with ANSB

Kessel- Main drain system

I'll Take The Leader-Added Immunity, hurts no-pilot ships.

I decided to start the War Room to help get a little more force at the beginning of the game. Also, I'd prefer to keep the amount of sites on Hoth to a minimum. This could actually keep the opponent from being able to cancel EBO at all. I might be missing something in that idea so if its a bad idea by all means tell me. Thanks in advance for ideas and criticism for this deck.
