Strategy[edit]

The deck has seen lots of revisions over the years. I've played Troopers, Trooper/Numbers, Leaders, Speeder Bikes, AT-ST/AT-AT's, and just about every combination. This one is the one that I like best. The destiny is not the greatest, but in the endgame, it's not hard to recycle some of the interrupts and pull off some awesome destinies based on the flip side of the objective. Normally I flip on the third or fourth turn. Early on, it's more important to save up Force and to pick up things you'll need later. Using 2 Force to pull a card you need is great, but it gets expensive.

There's enough to space to effectively hurt a deck that doesn't play much space. Forfeit values are very high. The end game needs to be very carefully played, but that's where I've surprised a lot of people with the deck. It can strangle someone with forays, strike teams and undercover spies. The drain –1 also takes it's toll while the deck slowly but consistently draws the opponent out.

There are a number of changes that I'd like to make with the new combo cards, but just haven't had much inspiration as of yet. Any suggestions would be great. I'm not sure if I'm going to go with Defensive Shields yet. I'd rather not if I can control that, but there are some great ones for the DS. I need to put some retrieval control in the deck.

Comments would be great.

Ideas for additions so far:

Unsalavagable - in order to stop those Bacta Tank/Hidden Base decks.

Darth Maul with Lightsaber - chance to take out 3-4 opposing characters and then sack the difference. Strike Force galore

Secret Plans - to slow retrieval

What should I take out?
