Not only is he power 4 (helpful no matter how you look at it), but when you team Tarkin and Vader up in a battle, you can cancel one of your opponents destiny draws!
Combos:
Grand Moff Tarkin + Vader's Cape - Deploy this on Tarkin to give him immunity to attrition <5 and the ability of adding +1 to each battle destiny.

Rulings
- May cancel any type of destiny such as battle destiny, weapon destiny, Sense destiny, etc.
- May cancel a duel destiny (if the duel takes place during a battle where Tarkin is with Vader).
- This card is not a commander ('commanded' doesn't count).
