Strategy

Hey all - thanks to anyone who rates this.

Straight off this is the deck that i am planning to enter into a tournament in a weeks time so if you want to rip this apart please do - all suggestions and comments will be welcomed :)

Ok - to the deck. This is my first go at a deck since coming back to the game - and since becoming aware of all the V cards past Vset 2. intially, before any pulls, this deck has an average desinty of 2.4 - not great, but in late game only interrupts should reamain in the deck and their average destiny is 4.7.

Basic EBO - HFTMF pulls Manuvering Flaps, Squadron Assignments and Strike Planning. Strike Planning straight away gets Rieekan and Dodoona. first play is Rieekan who gets A New Secret Base - and the EBO goes from there. the deck isn't entirely trying to be a space drain deck - but does include 3 main systems (if anyone has any better suggestions let me know).

Stratergy - as the description says - this deck tries to keep its options open - hence the Manuvering Flaps and Squadron Assignments. As soon as your opponent plays anywhere the deck should be able to reveal some form of character, starship or vehicle (remembering Echo Base Garrison); allowing you to play the character and matching blue card. this combo generally gives >4 power and at least 1 destiny to battle with. so in i guess what i meant by "trys to keep its options open" is "likes to be able to react and serve out beats"

Card Explanations - Characters

All the characters in the deck (bar Rieekan, Dodoona, Obi, and Qui-Gon) are pilots who have one or more matching blue cards within the deck (Wedge has 3) - so they are always deploying with something. as for the non pilot characters - Rieekan sets up EBO and Dodoona pulls Capital Support (chosen soley because of the force loss that the 4 generals can cause)

Card Explanations - Interrupts

Nabrun Leids is actually meant to be a distraction in the deck - observing players in my area suggests that this interrupt will be grabbed (if possible) as soon as it appears - allowing me to keep the other interrupts.

Out of Nowhere & Rebel Leadership - more destinies.

Shoo Shoo - everyone is now using Kryat Dragon Bones and Bubos, so it is simply a used 6 to distrupt creatures.

The Signal - used to get effects - and a used 5.

Card Explanations - Effects

ANSB, EBG, EBO are all vital parts of the EBO deck - so they are obviously in

Bacta Tank and Docking And Repair Facilities are used simply to keep characters and blue cards in circulation

Civil Disorder & Draw Their Fire - common choices

Grappling Hook - a nice grabber which i believe to be under-rated, especially with its new V version. it can be pulled with Don't Do That Again

Do, Or Do Not & Wise Advice - so may consider an interesting choice, or a very odd one. i guess with the interrupts in this deck i'd prefere the "better safe than sorry motto" and i'd still like to have access to other defensive shields. nor did i want to pack the deck with low destiny SAC cards - DODN & WA seems to be a better choice.

Once again - thanks to anyone who rates this - please rip it apart and feed me with suggestions. :)

[Edit 1] - luckily before rated

to expand on the character choices other than pilots and the 2 main generals - leia is there because she can react and adds destinys (was originally a leia with blaster rifle) and obi and qui are there simply to deal with oppoents - then they go off an die.
