Introduction
ISB Deck that uses many many agents. Character heavy--too much I think. I might want to go for more space or better drains. I need help

Notes
- Qty 61 as published: the Starting header says 6 but lists 7 cards (counting the starting effect).
- Original-era (V): Darth Vader (V) (Virtual Set 1); General Tagge (V), The Empire's Back (V), Imperial Reinforcements (V) (Virtual Set 2); Probe Droid (V), Tarkin (V), Stalker (V), Image Of The Dark Lord (V) (Virtual Set 4); Corporal Vandolay (V), Corporal Derdram (V) (Virtual Set 5); The Emperor (V), Ability, Ability, Ability (V) (Virtual Set 6).
- Posted Navy Trooper Vesdan dested Navy Trooper Vesden; Hoth: DB dested Hoth: Echo Docking Bay; Endor: DB dested Endor: Landing Platform (Docking Bay); Ghhk dested Ghhhk; Mob Pts dested Mobilization Points.
- Posted 'Ineffective Manuever (V)' dested Sudden Impact (V) (Virtual Set 5): Ineffective Maneuver (V) is the Light starting effect that holds shields; the author mixed up the Light and Dark names (reviewed by Bill).
- Posted 'Presence Of The Dark Lord' dested Image Of The Dark Lord (V) (Virtual Set 4), the original-era printing legal in March 2004 (reviewed by Bill); with the other posted copy the deck has 2.
- Original-era printing corrected: Tarkin (V) (Virtual Set 4) -> Tarkin (V) (Virtual Set 3) (an earlier dest had linked the modern virtual card of the same name).
Strategy
CLASSIC DECK ONLY!!!
I have acquired the objective so I finally made a deck. I think this deck is too ground heavy, but I played it and the retrieval of the agents combined with the Ability x3 (V) offsets it. There are a LOT of troopers here in the deck (11 to be exact) and the Trooper Assaults, Lt. Renz, etc. stuff for troopers is good.
The deck is faster than those that use Location x3 (V) for drains because the Mob Pts (you don't have to worry about Don't Do That Again in CLASSIC), and the generation is great. ALL locations are pull-able by the starting effects!
Carida helps retrieve non-agent troopers like SGM Bursk or Cadets (even though you could retrieve the Agent troopers if you want).
Space is different. I think that ISB blue is good, but I went for cheap deploy this time. I used to play with Thunderflare (cheap) and Accuser (react), but that was impractical and never used them. Chimaera is good with Thrawn (and WIAPN Admiral Order--is Immune <8!!!).
There is not too great drain potential, but the deck thrives on character retrieval and power in battles, speed, and Tagge sits at the City to add a power destiny EACH battle!
Ghhk is in there in case crazy beat-down crews or some spy comes to Coruscant.
I think that I want to drop the three Probe Droids, Stalker, 5D6RA7 for more ships, and Imperial Domination start. What do you think?
I need some help.
As for matchups, I've only played myself with the light decks I've got. I have a good MWYHL deck and the ISB agents come down to Dagobah to cause ruckuss!
DBO saw my Cheap Deploy offset the +2 to Imperial cost at DBO. I had that objective, too.
I think that MBO flipped would do a crushing blow to this deck, so if there are any MBO's invade the Yavin 4 asap!!! If you happen to play one of those crazy MBO's that flip on one turn--then you're in for trouble.
I don't know of the weaknesses that the deck has, but let me know which decks would destroy it.
I have 2 Scanning Crew in there for Annoyance Factor--I know no one packs Anti Crew cards--ESPECIALLY IN CLASSIC!
That is just about it, let me know if this deck is viable, what it needs to win, if I should go Imperial Domination, Unlimited instead of classic, etc.
I know you guys won't let me down!
