Introduction
This has been the only DS deck I have played since 2000. I modify it for this or that by adding odds and ends or by using one or two cards that could help me out from each expansion, but this is the deck I use.
I have played many many games with this one and it has always done fairly well. The biggest problem I've had to date is that I never really turned Luke that often. Usually they found ways of keeping distance between Luke and Vader or by using interrupts that killed him off when they wanted.
I've even had an invasion squad kill Palpatine! However, with this deck I am sure that most bases are covered against lots of deck types.
This deck has the amazing ability for you to look around for anything you need--or to check out the cards in your Reserve Deck. So there's little chance of you screwing up when you want to look for something that only lets you do it "once per game."

LSC: I have a TON of things that I can beat down with and nasty surprises! I play the same way each time I play LSC. First, I ALWAYS let them hit me for two or three force drains--I play Battle Order shield before they do--and they spend their force on drains rather than on deployment of ships or characters.
I always find ways of reducing their drains. I play Image of the Dark Lord V on their site and when Vader's there--boom! their drains are -2--not bad, huh?
I save for beat downs. In two beat-downs or so, I OWN their NABOO. I have always OWNED their NABOO. I save a couple characters because they've spread out in attempt to drain me--foolishly using Luke to help hold a site with someone else.
I deploy Vader to Luke's site, capture Luke, then using some interrupts or beat down stuff I MURDER everyone else at the site.
I'll DB transit over or use Rise My Friend and game's over.
LU(V): Game over! I play the crossfire shield and Vader gets his saber on the ground. I pound 'em in space often. My characters have control of the ground at Marker 5, where I've got Palpy and Janus (drain plus 1!) and put IOTDL(V) [Image of Dark Lord] at the adjacent site. Done. I have beaten these decks just using beat-downs because they use Hoth Luke and try to keep him away. The force loss from various sources that you have at your command will be too much for them. Play it safe, though--"Don't get cocky!"
DBO: I have played against three DBO decks and each one was a killer against me due to them shutting off all my drains and direct damage! Be careful of the DBO's you play against. I suggest deploying lots of characters to the Executor DB and moving Executor over to Dantooine and shuttling them down--be cautious of their space package--it's deadly. Put in a <>Spaceport DB in your deck if you want to get to Dantooine safely because I played against Josh Radke's DBO and his scouts and effect cards made me deploy for (not kidding) +6 to +8 depending on the characters.
Profit: Set up your anti drain package and get to space fast so you can put a stop on their free drains (get to space and ground so you can pull Battle Order on them). I usually can kill them just with drains and direct damage--but late game when they least expect it drop down a beatdown squad. Chances are they'll be caught with their pants down. You can even feel fairly confident with invading Tatooine with your beat-down guys. I have pulled it off. Try to steal Han's gun because that can be a battle-ruining gun. You are beaten works extremely well.
I once deployed Vader to their fortified site and stole Luke, dueled Obi (out of play!!!) battled Han and Chewie (You Are Beaten to Han) and nailed their Chewie with three battle destiny. INSTANTANEOUS DEATH AWAITS THEM. Save up the beat down squads--it'll work.
