Strategy

Ok, this is my first attempt at a RTP deck. This also was designed before V4, so any obvious upgrades will have to wait until after I review the cards.

Basically, you want to use Cell 2187 to drop R2 to Y4DB, and then hope you have a Lift Tube Escape to get your Lift Tube out to the DSDB. DB Transit R2, then lift tube to the cell. Next turn you can free her =) The lift tubes become largely irrelavant after freeing Leia.

Once freed, use the lift tube to get the two of them to the DSDB, transit back to yavin 4 and wait. You possibly could have some other members of the Fab Four waiting at the DB to discourage DS counterattacks, but Barriers, Escapes and Portals should also discourage them. 3rd turn you flip by walking Leia into the war room.

The secondary strategy is one of battling. Wokling will pull I wonder who They Found, and you can pull the three other effects with that card, so you have them in hand by the time leia is officially rescued.

I Wonder makes Han immune to attrition <4, That's One makes Chewie immune to attrition <4 and makes Life Debt Used (which is pullable w/ V Chewie), Count Me In makes I Know Used, and I/w With You Too doubles your battle destiny, makes them totally immune to attrition and makes Don't Get Cocky used. You can basically hold on to any site with those 4.

Old School Staging Areas and ITTL are their for the Docking bays. You can get the generation there, and increase Force Drains once you get control of Yavin 4.

I pack multiples of the mains in hopes of getting them faster. Squad Assignments is also helpful to get the mains out, since the matching ships are included in the deck. The multiple Leias are in case she is lost. My objective flips, but is not PooPed. I deploy her to Y4DB and waltz in again.

I'm taking a bit of a risk w/ Nabrun, but I'm thinking that once in a while I will get lucky and be able to bring death from above down on the unlucky DS. Even with Imp Arrest Order out, I can still just use Nabrun to try and make the DS run away. Are there any interrupts to make the people not move away from you besides Clash of Sabers?

Escape Pod (V) lets me protect my mains from PooPing. If I can get I Hope She's All Right, I will be able to make the opponent deploy to me. Death Star Plans is for retrieval with R2.

I'd like to be able to make a slightly competitive deck with this objective, please let me know ways to improve it. Also, please suggest other ways to play this objective once flipped.

Thanks!

EDIT- Rev- since I have never played it I have no clue what will/will not work. I started a thread on the discussion board, and I'd appreciate your help in improving this.

EDIT- I have begun to fall in love with this objective... it recently has been reposted in new incarnations ase RTP: Return of the Pullers
