Strategy
The basic strategy behind this deck lies in high destinies for lightsaber combat and combat card draws.
To understand why stuff is here, let's look at the objective.
We'll Handle This-They have Darj Jedi anywhere other than Naboo and they can't drain where they're at. Drains where you have a Jedi cannot be canceled, and you can kill a character present with your Jedi every turn. Not too shabby, and with no restrictions on battling, you can find yourself in a nice position, especially if they stay away from Naboo. Just sit and drain like mad, with Luke's, Obi's and Quiggy's sticks adding to the drains.
Duel of the Fates(que music)-You can initiate lightsaber combat while this side is up, with the only restriction being you cannot Force drain or battle where you have a Jedi. This is where many of the high destiny interrupts come into play, in combat cards, and lightsaber combat destiny draws. In this way, you can kill off some of their characters, and if not, at least make them lose two Force. If you kill their Dark Jedi, you can flip, retrieve one, and go back to draining. Not shabby at all.
Some of the interrupts may seem a little out of place (I.E. Binks' Electropole), but it makes for good combat card placement, because you aren't using any cards that could come in later. The same is true of Amidala's Blaster.
Using the Reflections III personas of Obi, Quiggy and their sticks, I feel is better than the others, because they seem much more suited to the lightsaber combat environment than the others. I was considering bringing in a Qui-Gon with lightsaber to conserve some cards in the deck, but haven't decided.
The starting effects, help to set up your domination of Naboo, using Insurrection to search for those *nonexistent* docking bays to ensure you have the weapon to use for Sai'torr. Aim High hampers their retrieval, and Get to Your Ships lets you pull the pilots to hold the system, do some piloting combos, and set up a drain.
Each of the starships in this deck are to be used to drain, if not at the opponents systems, then at your Naboo system, which not only adds to the draining qualities of the deck, but if you control, can add +1 power for each of the starships there. Aside from using them to boost the drains, each ship can hold its own in space, with imunnity to Lateral Damaage and attrition at least <4. The Radiant VII, when alone, if you haven't noticed, limits opponents to one battle destiny which is minus 3, if they lack total ability >6. Star Destroyers that can't draw more than one -3 battle destiny? Sounds good to me. A Houjix would go nicely here, or a Docking and Repair Facilities.
The trick is not to let your opponents drains on planets other than Naboo distract you, unless they occupy a site you can easily wipe clean in one battle. When I play tested, I tried to move from Naboo, when I saw they weren't going to play any Dark Jedi to Naboo, and while my early attacks were mildly successful, the deck seems to lack the character reserves to maintain continued occupation of anything other than the interior Naboo battlegrounds, which are much more defendable with so few Jedi in this deck.
The addition of the Council Chamber and Members is somthing I've considered, for the powerful effects the members provide (I.E. Mace Windu and his Amidala/Maul clause), however I have yet to obtain the site and many of them Members.
Starting with Menace Fades help to fortify your position on Naboo only, by eliminating your opponents drains from other planets, granted you have control of at least one of your starting locations, and have deployed and control the Naboo system.
In summary, this deck, from what play testing I've done, seems to pull through with destiny draws, but with so many cards on the table, seems to grow small very quickly from drains.
