Michael Carr (also known as Mike Carr; forum handle mc9457) served as Tournament Support Advocate of the Players Committee.
By October 2004 the Players Committee had introduced him as its new Tournaments Advocate. He described himself as a tournament director for Pennsylvania and a member of Shadow Squadron. His short-term work would be Worlds 2005 and its qualifying season with Nick Kolnik, with a new ratings system as a longer-term goal.[1]
Late in 2004 he announced lower prices for the PC's tournament prize packages (Ultimate $90, Premiere $45, States $30, Local $20/$10, plus shipping).[2]
