JPOTSD Booster Draft
JPOTSD Booster Draft is a booster draft format in the Players Committee's Alternate Format Tournament Guide (revised September 2015), played with the Jabba's Palace Official Tournament Sealed Deck (Jabba's Palace Sealed Deck).[1]

Card pool
Each player needs one Jabba's Palace Official Tournament Sealed Deck. The format uses the guide's Booster Draft rules. The premium packs are opened as if the format were sealed, and only the booster packs are drafted.[1]
Special rule: any character of ability 1 with a printed deploy number of 3 or more is considered, for all purposes, to be ability 2. The rule applies to Dark Side and Light Side characters.[1]
History
The ability rule comes from Decipher. On 10 November 2000 Decipher issued it as a "New Official Rule for Jabba's Palace Sealed Deck Environment", to balance play in Jabba's Palace Sealed Deck tournaments only. Tournament directors were to recognize it from the weekend of 10 November 2000.[2] The Players Committee guide carries the same rule into its draft version of the product.[1] No event in this format is recorded on this wiki.
