Since you people obviously don't like figuring things out for yourselves, I'll type up the only strat that'll really do this deck justice... a card-by-card explanation.
WARNING: the following could very well be considered a rant. Do yourself a favor and rate the deck now, because anything beyond this point is just gonna waste your time.
An Unusual Amount Of Fear (+10 shields) - defensive shields for defensive measures.
Mind What You Have Learned - it's an objective. It helps set up the deck and pull out cards.
Dagobah - it's started by the objective and it pulls my Dagobah sites.
Heading For The Medical Frigate - this card lets me start three effects at the start of game.
Draw Their Fire - do damage and retrieval by innitiating battles.
The Way Of Things - increased landspeed, and auto-pass on test 3.
Wokling (V) - extra activation, emergency retrieval, and pulls Encampment.
Dag: Yoda's Hut - it's a twix. You figure it out.
Dag: Training Area - it pulls my jedi tests.
Dag: Jungle - need this site to pass test 3
Dag: Swamp - need this site to pass test 4
Dejarik Hologameboard - I needed a drain site, and this is it
Son Of Skywalker (V) - who else am I gonna test with?
Yoda (V) - who else would put up with Luke's antics during testing?
Artoo - a destiny 1/6 for test 5
Wyron Serper (V) - a spy
Corran Horn - a spy
Boushh - a spy
Qui-Gon Jinn With Lightsaber - a beatdown character
Obi-Wan With Lightsaber - a beatdown character
Lando Calrissian, Scoundrel - a beatdown character
Leesub Sirln - does hand damage
Oola - does hand damage
Threepio With His Parts Showing - cycles a card to draw a card
Rebel Tech (V) - drop, battle (retrieve 1, opponent loses 1), and put in used to "search"
Tauntaun Handler (V) - lets me ignore destinies on Tauntaun Bones
Luke's Lightsaber - adds 1 to training destiny
Great Warrior - test 1
A Jedi's Strength - test 2
Domain Of Evil - test 3
Size Matters Not - test 4
It Is The Future You See - test 5
Visored Vision - causes direct damage
Levitation (V) - pulls Artoo or Threepio, or cancels a drain
Escape Pod (V) - pulls holograms and the hologameboard
Houjix - cancels battle damage
On The Edge - retrieves force
Stone Pile - does hand damage
Projection Of A Skywalker - adds to hologameboard drain, and/or is a destiny 5 holo for the board
Undercover - lets my spies go undercover to block drains
Wise Advice - adds 1 to my training destiny
Yoda's Hope - adds 1 to my training destiny, pulls a card with "levitation" in title
Encampment (V) - lets me deploy my other characters to Dagobah
Tauntaun Bones - all sorts of stuff. Read the card.
Hindsight - makes Eyes In The Dark immune to alter, and lets me look at my used pile
Eyes In The Dark - keeps opponent from seeing what they're losing... or what I'm losing
Reflection - retrieves cards
Satisfied? For those of you who didn't get the hint the first time around, this is a PLAY BY EAR deck. If you need to know anything beyond that, you can build the deck and see for yourself. Trust me, there is no way in the world that I can get a full strategy section posted for this deck... for starters, I'd get banned from the site for wasting so much bandwidth. >;)
Don't judge the deck on how detailed the strat article is... judge the deck by the DECKLIST.

- UPDATE***
response to reviews
Master-Jedi: BHBM - While I may be losing three a turn starting on my opponent's third turn at earliest, I'm gonna be retrieving three a turn by Jedi testing on my SECOND turn at the earliest. Beyond that, they aren't gonna be getting much in the drain department, and I'll be doing enough On The Edge retrieval, hand damage, and Draw Their Fire damage/retrieval to keep ahead. While BHBM can deal a lot of early-mid game damage, it doesn't have the kind of retrieval to sustain itself even half as long as I can.
SYCFA Fear - a tough match, I'll admit, but not unwinnable. Leesub and the Draw Their Fire damage will wittle away at my opponent's deck, and I can probably get myself set up with some On The Edge loops almost immediately after flipping. Also, SYCFA Fear isn't much of an issue for the local meta... it hasn't shown it's face in the last six months.
Senate space - who plays Senate space anymore? Senate beats I can see happening, but not Senate space...
