Strategy

I'm most likely not one of the heavy card-buyers around. I've tried to put toghether this "all round" deck based on the cards I've got. I would like to have some comments on it though. How far would it take me, and how much more do I need to invest in it to keep up? Which adjustments are desperatly needed? Living in Norway, I've not been to any tournaments yet...
