Rulings
- Although characters here cannot be excluded from battle, a card like Rebel Barrier or Clash Of Sabers might prevent a battle from being initiated in the first place, particularly if used on a character who is alone. Once a battle is successfully initiated (such as by having another non-Barriered character), no characters will be excluded.[1]
- Characters can be made immediately lost (e.g. via Blaster Proficiency) as this is not exclusion.
