1999 Decipher World Championship ECC Sealed was an unofficial Star Wars CCG sealed deck event with Enhanced Cloud City packs that World Championship players held late on Saturday 13 November 1999, after the awards ceremony, at DecipherCon 1999 in Virginia Beach, Virginia. It is known from Matt Lush's tournament report.[1] It was played alongside the 1999 Decipher World Championship. • Decipher's schedule lists the official SW.20 Enhanced Sealed Deck (ECC+EPP) on Saturday 13 November, 11 a.m.–5 p.m.[3] Its staff say deck building started at 2 p.m. and play ended after 8 p.m.; Mark Schaffer won.[2] Lush calls his event unofficial and puts it late Saturday night, after the awards ceremony.[1]
  • Martin Akesson played both. He describes "one sealed deck tourney while watching the finals", then "after the dinner" "another sealed deck tournament", where he won one game, lost two and had a bye.[6]
  • The Squadron Members' own sealed event that night was a separate event: Squadron Members only, Players' Choice with OTSDs and packs, starting about midnight; see DecipherCon 1999 Squadron Members Sealed Deck.
