Cancelled Virtual Sets are Players Committee Virtual products that were planned or listed but not released in the form described — as opposed to Cancelled Expansions, which covers Decipher expansions announced after Death Star II and never published.

This is a fan encyclopedia page. It cites Players Committee posts (live + Wayback), Polish fan sources, and Legacy PDF / cardlist evidence. It does not invent set names or release dates.

Virtual Set 19: Galaxy At War (unreleased / cancelled)

A Polish fan overview of Star Wars CCG Virtual Sets lists, under previous virtual expansions:

• Virtual Set 19: Galaxy At War (niewydany) — Polish niewydany = unreleased.

On that Polish page, only one entry is marked (niewydany). That sole marked item is Original-era Virtual Set 19: Galaxy At War (star-wars.pl orthography: Galaxy at War). Status on this wiki: planned Original-era Virtual Set 19, unreleased per the Polish list. No primary starwarsccg.org “Galaxy at War cancelled” announce was recovered beyond that Polish marking.

Naming collision: modern Virtual Set 19

The modern set titled Virtual Set 19 (Players Committee Current Virtual / Rebels-themed product, announced August 2022) is a different product from the Original-era Galaxy At War plan. Do not merge the two.

Original VS18 / Fifth Anthology (naming & PDF note — not a full cancel)

Do not treat Fifth Anthology like Galaxy at War. It is not the Polish (niewydany) row.

• Previewed as Original-era Virtual Set 18: Fifth Anthology (Polish preview 8 June 2009; planned July 2009 premiere), with six cards marked Virtual Set 18.
• No standalone set PDF: VirtualCards18.pdf returns HTTP 403 on the PC CDN (VirtualCards17.pdf is present). Players Committee virtual-slips Legacy Virtual Sets still list VS1–VS17 only.
• Released via Reflections IV: The same preview titles appear under Virtual Set 6: Reflections IV / later Virtual Block 6 (PDF official text 4 September 2009; cardlist VBlock6.html). Spot-checks of VirtualBlock6_1.pdf show Luke Skywalker, Strong In The Force (#67) and Maneuvering Flaps & Nick Of Time (#81) gametext matching the June preview.
• Polish inventory lists Fifth Anthology without (niewydany).
• Block intros count “previous 18 virtual sets” even without a hosted VirtualCards18.pdf.
• The 2014 Virtual Card Pool Reset (25 July 2014) is unrelated (~5 years later) and does not explain the missing VS18 PDF.
• Modern Virtual Set 18 (released 21 April 2022) is a different Current Virtual product — not Fifth Anthology.

Framing: previewed as VS18 / no standalone VirtualCards18.pdf / folded into Reflections IV (Virtual Set 6 → Virtual Block 6). Full narrative: Virtual Sets (2002-2009) and Virtual Block 6.

V-set / Virtual Block 9.2

Related (but not a second Polish niewydany Virtual Set row, and not Galaxy at War): Virtual Block / V-set 9.2.

• Players Committee virtual-slips still lists Legacy Blocks including 9.1 and 9.2. VB 9.1 (Republic at War) shipped 10 January 2014. Listing of 9.2 on virtual-slips is not by itself proof that 9.2 shipped as a full released set.
• Official PC announce Reset of Standard Format (live; Wayback 6 Mar 2017; byline July 25th, 2014) states: “9.2 will not be released in its current form. We are planning on releasing a mini, 12 card set for Worlds…” That wording is about VB/V-set 9.2, not about Original-era Virtual Set 19: Galaxy at War, and not about Fifth Anthology. Do not equate 9.2 with Galaxy at War.

This wiki does not claim that VB/V-set 9.2 was fully released. Exact fate/title of any Worlds “mini ~12-card” product vs the virtual-slips “9.2” listing remains an open gap. Full Reset context: 2014 Virtual Card Pool Reset.
