Secret Plans is a Dark Defensive Shield from Reflections III: A Collector's Bounty.
Card Text
Plays on table. If opponent is about to retrieve X Force, opponent must first use X Force or that retrieval is canceled. (X is equal to the full amount of Force allowed to be retrieved, regardless of the number of cards in opponent's Lost Pile.)

Imperial computer systems are equipped with complex algorithms designed to prevent access by unauthorized users.
Rulings
- Light has the option to decline and cancel the retrieval.[1]
- The amount of Force used ('X') equals the retrieval amount initiated, even if the Lost pile has fewer than X cards.
- If Light is to search their Lost Pile to retrieve card(s) that meet specific criteria, Light searches first, then pays for Secret Plans only if they find valid card(s) and choose to retrieve.
