Rulings

• Light has the option to decline and cancel the retrieval.
• The amount of Force used ('X') equals the retrieval amount initiated, even if the Lost pile has fewer than X cards.
• If Light is to search their Lost Pile to retrieve card(s) that meet specific criteria, Light searches first, then pays for Secret Plans only if they find valid card(s) and choose to retrieve.
