Players Committee Rules Supplement (2003)
The Players Committee Rules Supplement of 27 January 2003 is an official Players Committee rules document for early Virtual Original play.[1] It supplements Decipher Rulebook 2.0, Decipher Glossary 2.0, and the Decipher Glossary Supplement of 29 January 2002.[1]
The two-page sheet includes rulings on original (V) cards such as Blaster Rack (V) and Sai'torr Kal Fas (V).[1] Greg Anderson is named as the rules contact.[1]
In April 2003 the Players Committee's Resources page listed Decipher's Glossary 2.0 (November 1998), the Glossary Supplement (29 January 2002), this Rules Supplement (27 January 2003) and the Classic Format ban list (31 March 2003).[2] Rules Advocate Greg Anderson then issued updated rules sheets on 28 April 2003,[3] 19 June 2003,[4] 23 August 2003 (final version 25 August 2003, "the official version that will be used at Worlds", with a new "Starting The Game" entry)[5] and 9 February 2004.[6]
Players Committee Advanced Rulebook 1.7.1 later replaced previous rulebooks.
