Deploy [Set 16] Death Star and Scarif systems, Citadel Tower, and Shield Gate. For remainder of game, you may not deploy Endor Shield, non-Imperial characters, or non-Imperial starships. Once per turn, may deploy a Scarif battleground from Reserve Deck; reshuffle. Your non-unique Imperials, vehicles, and capital starships are deploy -1 (-2 if a Star Destroyer). Non-unique Imperials are forfeit +1. Flip this card if Krennic or Tarkin at a Scarif battleground site and Death Star orbiting Scarif.
7 side — Taking Control Of The Weapon
While this side up, A Bright Center To The Universe cancels opponent's Force drain modifiers everywhere. Vader may make a regular move to a battle just initiated. At Death Star, system it orbits, and sites related to either, your total battle destiny is +1 (+2 if your non-unique card with ability in battle). During your draw phase, may retrieve a non-unique card with ability. Flip this card if you do not have a leader at a Scarif battleground site. Place out of play if Death Star or Shield Gate not on table.

Rulings
- (0-side) In the deploy -1/-2 sentence, the words 'non-unique' apply to Imperials, vehicles, capital starships, and Star Destroyers.[1]
- (7-side) A Bright Center To The Universe is expanded from the target system to all locations, but still only applies to Force drain modifiers that come from Light's cards affecting Light's Force drains. See that card for further rulings.
- (7-side) Vader can make any type of regular move into battle. Examples include landspeed, shuttling (up or down) and docking bay transit.
- (7-side) The 'move to a battle' text does not permit an unlimited move, (e.g. it does not allow Vader to disembark Blizzard 4).
- (7-side) Vader can make one regular move on each turn (including Light's turn), whether the regular move is via this card or not.
- (7-side) If Vader has already battled this turn, he can still make a regular move to a battle, but will not participate in that second battle.
- (7-side) Vader cannot use the text on Vader's Castle to move into battle, nor any other site that specifies that it only works during move phase.
