Strategy
A side of Senate that hasn't been seen for a while. The point of this deck is to do some nasty drain damage in space while your senators hold up your opponent in endless deliberations.
Before you start, pull the Executor with Mob Points. Depending on what kind of stuff you've got in your hand at this point, you may want to toss Mob Points to grab Ominous Rumors as well... but I'd say save that until you're set up on Endor. You should have the ability to do a first-turn flip with what you get in hand... and it's a good day if you can do so with a Lott Dod. Use him to pull Bespin and They Must Never Again Leave This City, and drop the Executor. Pull and play Piett, use him to pull (and play) Merrejk, and use him to pull the rest of your systems. Take your time playing your locations so that you're sure you can hold them. Ephant Mon and Retwin can each hold a site by themselves (barring the use of Jar Jar or Chewie Protector), and Palpy, Sim, and IG-88 can take on the third site. Xizor and Guri are another option to use for site control... possibly as a backer for E-Mon or Retwin.
Once the sites are set up and you've got a good Senate setup, here's what your drains are going to look like:
1 at Senate
3 or 5 at Bespin (1 natural, +1 from Aks Moe, +1 from Chiraneau, possible +2 from Ominous Rumors)
4 or 6 at Tatooine (1 natural, +1 when Maul's there, +1 from Aks Moe, +1 from Chiraneau, possible +2 from Rumors)
4 at Endor (2 natural, +1 from Aks Moe, +1 from Chiraneau)
So you're getting a total drain of 16 off per turn. Ouch. Throw in a +2 to one of your drains from Motion Supported and direct damage from Pride Of The Empire, and you're able to dish out some pretty mean Force loss.
It's a pretty basic setup... just get your Star Destroyers spread out among your three systems, keep the rest of your space force fairly well balanced, and you're set.
Enjoy!
