Use Million Voices to pull CPI, if not already drawn

Blow alderaan, deploy hoth, and move there.

Blow Hoth, deploy Yavin, hopefully already have DB.

Deploy sites & destroyers, force drain to death. My destroyers drain for +1 when within 2 parsecs of Chiraneau, and +2 from TUPITU
