E-web Blaster is a Dark Weapon (Artillery) from Hoth.
Card Text
Deploy on any site. May be moved with two warriors for 1 additional Force. Your warrior present may target a starfighter (use 5 as defense value), character, creature or vehicle using 2 Force. Draw destiny. Target hit if destiny +1 > defense value.

Oh, my, what a big gun you have...
This is one of the many new artillery weapons that were introduced in The Empire Strikes Back: Hoth expansion. But this is the only one for the Dark Side.
There are a lot of good things about this artillery weapon. One is that if you happen to lose the character that's firing it, you don't have to lose the weapon (unlike normal character weapons, the E-web is depoyed to a site, thus isn't lost along with the hapless character). Another is that any warrior, that just happens to be at the same site at the same time, can fire the thing (none of that redeploy business). Finally, this thing is powerful, really powerful, and can be used against a number of different targets; character, vehicle OR starship.
Best of all... It's a Blaster! So, give this to a Trooper, play Blasted Droid and watch the Millenium Falcon go up in flames!
A drawback is the fact that it has to be powered. That means you've gotta get yourself a 'Gonk' (EG-6 (see my later card extra about this fella!)) or a Portable Fusion Generator. Now, neither of these power sources are bad, provided you've got your deck tailored so that they fit nicely. For instance, 'Gonk' really does a good job when it's with other droids (and believe me, the Dark Side's got plenty of droids). And the Portable Fusion Generator gives you that nice cozzy +1 to weapon destiny. Another drawback is its high deploy. Well, what do you expect from a big gun anyway? Besides, it does have forfiet, so you can lose the gun instead of a more valuable character.

Rulings
- Moving the E-web Blaster does not permit those carrying it to make an extra move.[2]
- Normal movement costs apply to the characters moving the E-web Blaster.
- The characters moving the E-web Blaster move with it, using landspeed, simultaneously.
