Joke

The lore is Threepio's line in The Empire Strikes Back as he walks into a room on Cloud City, just before "a laser bolt to Threepio's chest sends him flying in twenty directions". "Blasted" means both shot and, as a mild curse, annoying, which suits Threepio. See Jokes.
