Dream Cards

Dream Cards is a GEMP format that adds GEMP's Dream Cards set to the Open card pool. It is not offered as a game hall format.[1][2][3]

  • Type: casual
  • Defined by: Players Committee GEMP
  • Card pool: the Open pool plus the Dream Cards set (GEMP set id 401)
  • In use: unknown
  • GEMP: Dream Cards (dream_cards) on both the Players Committee GEMP and play.swccg.com

Card pool

The format allows Decipher set ids 1–14 (Premiere through Theed Palace), premium ids 101–112, current Virtual Sets 0–27 (ids 200–227) and the Virtual Premium Set (id 301), plus the Dream Cards set (id 401).[1][2] The definition sets no deck size, so GEMP uses its default of 60 cards.[1][3]

The public GEMP code sets the size of the Dream Cards set to 0 cards, so the format's pool is in practice the same as Open.[4]

History

The format is in the Players Committee GEMP code and in play.swccg.com with the same definition.[1][5] No source says what the Dream Cards set was meant to hold, when the format was added, or who uses it. No tournament is known to have used it.

Tournaments

No tournament on List of SWCCG tournaments is recorded in this format yet. Events are added here when their page gives this format.
