Usually try and set up beatdowns with snipers, boba fett, dueling, maul strikes.

It has trouble sometimes with hidden base but with search and destroy, security precautions and mauls ship you can take care of it.

I usually put a few guys at one sight for the flip and wait for them to deploy and unload on them.

With the duels, sniper, maul strikes, sidious,choking, you should be able to elminate characters pretty easily and beat them down.
