Card Text

Cancel one Effect (or Utinni Effect) by drawing a destiny < ability of your highest-ability character on table. OR Cancel one Sense card just played.

Lore

A user of the Force can subjugate the will of others or alter the environment at a distance, as when Vader 'disciplines' those whose lack of faith disturbs him.

Joke

The quotation marks around "disciplines" stand for Darth Vader's Force choke: in Star Wars he chokes Admiral Motti, whose "lack of faith" he finds "disturbing". It is part of the running gag of cards where Vader chokes his own officers. See Jokes.

Rulings

• Cannot cancel an Immediate Effect, Mobile Effect, Political Effect, or Starting Effect.
• The first function requires targeting a specific character with ability for the comparison.
• Can be played as a top-level action.
• Can be played as a response to the attempted deployment of an Effect or Utinni Effect. If successful, the target has no result.
