A Jedi's Resilience is a Light Interrupt (Lost Interrupt) from Tatooine.

If you just lost a duel opponent initiated (before duel has any result) lose 1 Force to cancel the duel and return Interrupt (if any) used to initiate duel to owner's hand. OR If you just lost a character armed with a lightsaber, take that character into hand.

Luke wasn't going to let Vader dispose of him too quickly.
Strategy
Sometimes, things go very, very wrong.
Like when Vader Epic Duels Jedi Luke...and wins.
Now you're faced with a choice: Lose 6 Force and give your opponent one of your best characters, or lose 18 Force – and Luke. I hate choices like that.
Thanks to A Jedi's Resilience, I don't have to make them anymore.
This 6-destiny Interrupt can be the card that saves you the game. When you do your best to win a duel, but it's not quite enough, A Jedi's Resilience spares you the agony of defeat by canceling the duel – which gives you enough time to take a nice, long drink of your favorite beverage to calm your anxious nerves. Now, mind you, the danger isn't over; since the opponent's duel-initiating Interrupt (if any) goes back to his or her hand, the duel can happen again next turn. So you'd better use your brief respite to get the heck outta dodge before Vader calls Luke out again. On the plus side, you can use it to make Darth Maul lose 1 Force for no reason at all.
But even if you don't fear duels, A Jedi's Resilience has a smooth secondary function: if you lose a character armed with a lightsaber, just do the ol' switcheroo to take the character right back into your hand. The fact that most lightsaber-wielding characters have super-high forfeit values does not go unnoticed when it comes time to forfeit...
If Luke's just about to be turned to the Dark Side, you'll be glad he's tough as a roach.
Since these characters have built-in sabers, you don't lose the weapon when you take them back into your hand... and you're ready to deploy them again.
