History
DecipherCon 1999 scheduled Allegiances (event SW.10) on Thursday 11 November from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.[1] Further heats ran Friday 12 November from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday 14 November from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.[2][3] Two four-player table sheets survive. Results are on DecipherCon 1999 Allegiances.
