2003 Origins
2003 Origins was a Star Wars CCG constructed tournament in Columbus, Ohio (June 2003). Its Star Wars CCG main event was the Origins 2003 DPC Championship, the second event of the Players Committee and DeckTech's DPC Championship Series, played on Saturday 28 June 2003 at the Greater Columbus Convention Center; Andrew Howard directed it, and Joseph Giannetti and Matt Scott qualified for Day 2 of the 2003 World Championship.[1][2] The winner was promised $500, with cash for the rest of the top 4 and a virtual card design for 2nd place.[2] On Friday 27 June at 6 PM the Committee and DeckTech staged a "Grudge Match" between the #1 and #2 rated players in the world, Brian Hunter and Hayes Hunter; its result has not been found.[3] Decklists below were recovered from DeckTech posts and Players Committee forms.
