Card Text
If both players have a character with a weapon at same site, deploy on that opponent's character during any control phase (even opponent's control phase). Character loses weapon, is power -1 and may no longer carry weapons. (Immune to Alter.)

Rulings
- Character loses all weapons, including permanent weapons.[1]
- If Disarmed is removed, any permanent weapon(s) are restored.
- During persona replacement, for power comparison purposes, reduces the power of only the on-table character card, not the new version.
- During persona replacement, transfers to the new version of the character.
