Deploy on any site. 'Expands' your 'game text' for that site to add to your 'game text' at the adjacent sites.
Lore
The Emperor disbanded the Imperial Senate 'for the duration of the emergency,' seizing absolute power. He planned to extend rule by terrorizing planets into submission.

Want to drain the Light Side a little faster? It works best on Tatooine when your sites are as follows:
CANTINA - LARS' MOISTURE FARM - JUNDLAND WASTES
Deploy Expand The Empire at the Lars' Moisture Farm, and it will ADD the gametext of that site to both adjacent sites. Now the cantina is Force Drain +1 (making a total Force Drain of 3), and the Jundland Wastes are Force Drain +1 +1 (making a total Force Drain of 3). All this, and at all 3 sites you can add 1 to each of your weapon destiny draws!
Back all this up with a bit of ground power, and your opponent will be begging for mercy in no time!

Rulings
- Does not expand card titles, marker numbers, icons, or anything else besides game text.
- Does not allow docking bay transit to occur to or from a non-docking bay site.
- Two identical modifiers stack, for example 'Force drain +1 here. Force drain +1 here.' will work to add 2 to Force drains there.
- While game text is canceled or suspended at one site, it is not expanded to adjacent sites.
- Expanding the Tatooine: Podrace Arena game text to adjacent sites makes those sites non-battlegrounds while any race total > 0.
Combos
- Expand The Empire + Tatooine: Cantina + Tatooine: Lars' Moisture Farm + Tatooine: Jundland Wastes Deploy Expand The Empire at Tatooine: Lars' Moisture Farm, and it will add the gametext of that site to both adjacent sites. Now the Cantina is Force Drain +1 (making a total Force Drain of 3), and the Jundland Wastes are Force Drain +1 +1 (making a total Force Drain of 3). All this, and at all 3 sites you can add 1 to each of your weapon destiny draws.
