Card Text

Use 3 Force to place an opponent's just deployed character, starship, vehicle, weapon, or device in opponent's hand. On opponent's next turn, that card (or one card of same title) may deploy for free.

Rulings

  • The target does deploy briefly, triggering any automatic actions (such as Objective flips) first.[2]
  • The target card is placed in owner's hand, even if it was being deployed from Reserve Deck or somewhere else.
  • If two cards were being deployed simultaneously, such as via Squadron Assignments, both cards are equally affected (both placed in hand and each may deploy free next turn - even separately).
  • If the target card is unique, that unique card/persona cannot deploy again this turn.
  • Cannot be played as a response to persona replacement (e.g. Commander Luke Skywalker replacing Luke Skywalker).
  • Cannot be played as a response to other replacement (e.g. X-wing Assault Squadron replacing 3 X-wings).
