Easter eggs

Easter eggs on Decipher Star Wars CCG cards are hidden jokes, call-outs, and extra images that have no effect on play. Decipher posted an official list through Jabba's Palace Limited; later finds are collector notes.

Card titles that scramble employee and fan names are listed separately at Anagrams.

• Gravel Storm — "This Card Rocks" in the copyright line
• Tonnika Sisters — alien icon has multiple eyes

A New Hope Limited

• Bespin Motors Void Spider THX 1138 — THX 1138 is George Lucas's first major film; also Lucas's sound company and Luke's "cell block 1138" line
• Dark Waters — Ewok doll floating in the water
• Defel — "WYOU" and "XERB" on the uniform (Wolfman Jack radio stations from American Graffiti)
• Death Star Trench — "The Art of Great Games" (Decipher motto)
• Hyperwave Scan — X's and O's as tic-tac-toe
• Luke's Hunting Rifle — Campbell's soup can reads "Cream of Womprat"
• M-HYD Binary Droid — copyright year 1996 written in binary
• Retract The Bridge — lights spell VERTIGO
• Scanner Techs — "WBN" in the background (Radioland Murders)
• Sensor Array / Sensor Panel — card backs visible; "ANEWHOPE" in a readout
• Tzizvvt — alien icon has multiple eyes
• Undercover — "Good Evening" and Hitchcock profile
• Yavin 4: Briefing Room — extra figures include Matt Mariani, Ronald Reagan, Bob Hudsol, Warren Holland, and Jerry Darcy

• Hoth expansion display box — Mon Calamari cruisers appear before they join the Alliance in Return of the Jedi
• Crash Landing — "J. G. Ballard" on the snowspeeder (author of Crash)
• Death Mark — skull in the Effect icon
• Debris Zone — tiny snowman
• Deflector Shield Generators — "B. Fuller" (Buckminster Fuller / geodesic structures)
• Evacuation Control — Decipher home page on a monitor
• Frozen Dinner — knife, fork, and spoon in the ice
• FX-7 (Effex-Seven) — fish in the bacta tank
• Furry Fury — Indiana Jones bullwhip on Han's hip
• Major Bren Derlin — Cheers / John Ratzenberger joke ("everyone knows his name")
