By Justin Pakes, Jedi Knight[1]

As his picture suggests, this man runs the Bunker. He keeps Ominous Rumors in play, making him almost invaluable in a Endor Operations deck and allowing you to concentrate on only the Establish Secret Base effect, which at worst is only sent to your Used Pile. A handy Objective flipping safeguard. Remember that Dyer, being Power 3 Ability 3 is invaluable for Endor Booster draft. Simply add one Biker Scout for a destiny draw, and they can react to his location from next door also. It does make him susceptible to Goo Nee Tay though in a constructed environment.
