Tyler Franks was a finalist at the 1998 Decipher World Championship. Franks qualified through Endor Seattle from Bozeman, Montana.[1] Franks won the 1997 Edmonton Open, a qualifier for the 1997 Decipher World Championship.[2]
1997 World Championship statement
"Age, 20. Born and currently reside in Bozeman, Montana. I'm a Junior in English Education at Montana State University. My hobbies, (other than Star Wars CCG) are frisbee golf, playing guitar and collecting recordings of live musical performances. I've played Star Wars CCG since the fall of '96. Here are a few favorites: Star Wars personae, Boba Fett: musicians, Phish; artist, Salvador Dali; and late night TV show, Conan O'Brien."[3]
