Introduction
my ideas on the new local uprising obj
Decklist
Strategy
i think we all have an idea of how this deck plays, so i'll go through specific card choices
non V maneuvering flaps with luke and garrison i dont think the V maneuvering flaps is needed and the non-V adds to power, forfeit and maneuver of your speeders.
EBO and Haven i know death squadron cancels haven, but holding Hoth is the key to keeping the retreival going, so being able to deploy cheeper, adding a destiny, +3 to power and +2 to drains i think is worth the two card slots
Ion Cannon can be pulled from reserve with rieekan and can help hold the system
non combo Insurrection quite simply adds more to the forfeit of my speeder pilots, if DS retreival is a problem then i'll use a sheild
Attack Pattern Delta V can be pulled from reserve with Nick of Time and having a 7 for battle destiny should be enough to knock out those pesky AT-ATs
Landing Claw stops DS controlling Hoth system if they become too powerful to beat off
leia, lando, quiggy and obi use for hit and run tactics against any easy targets
Two medical droids makes it easier to cycle the mains for those hit and run beatdowns
Red 6 and Artoo in Red 5 high destiny and i have other ability 4 pilots which can pilot them
Boshek, Melas and Corran Horn to use with above and the other starships
Dadonna pulls navander from reserve so that you can use T-47 battle formation and pulls the admirals order so that you can cycle your starfighters to the docking bay when lost from the system
i've not had a chance to play this deck yet so i'm not sure how well it would do, i think this deck type will have problems because i think it is too card intensive, with all the cards that can be pulled from reserve deck you could run out of cards very quickly if the dark side gets any good drains going
build it, try it, let me know how you get on
