Original printed face and final rules sources

Added the archived original Decipher card page as an explicitly labeled printed-face source. The page is intentionally labeled Decipher final and retains both Glossary Version 2.0 and its superseding Glossary Supplement source. The original black-border scan has different weapon-firing wording, including the normal Force-use cost qualification, compared with the final text currently transcribed here. This is a distinction between versions, not a correction of the final text. No card data, game text, version label, ruling prose or sibling page was changed.
