Japanese original printing source audit

Original Japanese source: encyclopedia p. 41, embedded JPEG xref 2031. Image SHA256 f850af7b83bb52692690b1623abf6410b3018f373005678cb702bff9791e3345. The original image is File:Japanese-Premiere-Grand-Moff-Tarkin-Encyclopedia32-original.jpg. Printed wraps joined; ASCII digits, Latin letters, +, =, < and > normalized. Unique asterisk tracked separately; Tarkin lore underline retained. Original JPEG remains typography authority. The Japanese lore attaches the phrase about establishing rule through fear to the Death Star, while the original English gives the separate sentence "Defined doctrine of rule by fear." The Japanese game text says one card may be canceled after the enemy reveals it to determine destiny, while the English says "one opponent's destiny draw immediately after it is revealed." The printed Japanese ability label is フォース接触者; the original English label is FORCE-ATTUNED. Printed absence is separate from rule-derived defaults and unknown data. No artist/translator credit is visible. Performer likeness attribution and Japanese GEMP implementation remain unresolved. The November 1998 tournament-language rule is dated context, not evidence of earlier or custom-format mechanics. No new rules or implementation equivalence is claimed.
