Original wording and citations remain unchanged. Japanese title, lore and game text still require transcription. Source preservation and the full card-field audit remain unresolved. Transcribed the title, lore and game text from the original embedded Japanese face on encyclopedia p. 43 (xref 2058, SHA256 d94c729e80e10db1dd6855302dc69b9d0885a8157d0a1064564c338d8198ee84). The untouched source image is File:Hoth-Japanese-Commander-Luke-Skywalker-encyclopedia32-p43-d94c729e80e1.jpeg. Printed line wraps are joined and numeric glyphs use ASCII digits; the original image retains typography. Counted the whole title and symbol groups before comparison. Landspeed is not printed. Decipher Rulebook 2.0 p10 supplies character landspeed 1 as a rule-derived value, kept separate from printed stats. Rank terminology nuance, lore, piloting-clause and location/site wording differences recorded; no new gameplay identity assigned. Historical gameplay consequences of the location/site wording remain unresolved.
