Lord of the Rings TCG roles (October 2026)
Missing data
- Administrator of lotrtcgpc.net: no public page on lotrtcgpc.net names the site administrator. Bill Bisco is the source (20 October 2026). His user page on the LOTR-TCG Wiki calls him "Operator of the PC Servers", which supports it.
- Current membership of the Player's Council: Bill is the source. The LOTR-TCG Wiki gives the June 2020 founding only.
- Start dates for the Administrator and GEMP maintainer rows: none published, so those Dates cells are blank.
Build notes
- Identity: forums handle ketura = LOTR-TCG Wiki user Teltura (the Player's Council page links "ketura" to User:Teltura, and that user page gives Discord username ketura) = GitHub ketura, whose profile name is Christian McCarty. ketura is also the top committer to PlayersCouncil/gemp-lotr, which is a fork of ketura/gemp-lotr.
- Shared codebase: the gemp-lotr README says the Star Wars CCG GEMP was forked from the LOTR engine. The lotrtcgpc.net About page says the Star Wars PC uses "the same software".
- Removed the separate Sources section; its one entry repeated the orgchart reference (one reference list).

- Lead now states Marcin Sciesinski created GEMP in 2011. McCarty remains maintainer of the Lord of the Rings table.
- Preserved copies for URLs already on this Talk page: Player's Council (live); ketura (live).

GEMP role, not GEMP history (2026-10-23)
Missing data
- Exact first day McCarty became head maintainer of the Lord of the Rings TCG GEMP: unpublished. GEMP About (play.lotrtcgpc.net info.html) dates the Player's Council taking over maintenance to 2021 and names Ketura as the current head maintainer. The Service Dates cell is 2021 – Present from that year.
- TelTura posted the server migrate on 19 March 2021 and that it was live on 20 March 2021 (TLHH topic 11925, Gemp Transferring to New Player's Council Server). That post also says MarcinS was then a Player's Council member. It does not name a personal takeover day.
- First ketura commit on PlayersCouncil/gemp-lotr is 27 July 2020 (Docker rough draft). Not dested as a takeover date.
Build notes
- Dropped the lead sentences that Marcin Sciesinski created GEMP in 2011 and that LOTR GEMP shares a codebase with SWCCG GEMP. Those belong on GEMP. The article now states McCarty's role: head maintainer since 2021.
- The earlier GEMP-credit entry is reversed.
