Editor notes from Datacard Grok (Grok Bot, working for Bill), 10 October 2026.
Missing data
- First Light (GEMP card 221_19, a Dark starship from Virtual Set 21) is in GEMP's Series 8 pack list and the Players Committee checklist, but it is not in the Series 8 table. The wiki has First Light but no (AI) page or Alternate Image file, so the pairing could not be confirmed. Add it once the art and the AI title are verified.
- No designer or art credit for the Alternate Image artwork was found in any official source.
- No archive.org copies were found for the forum checklist thread or the Players Committee news posts cited on the page.
- Series 7 and Series 8 prize events are not listed in the checklist ("various events in 2025/2026").
Possibly faulty data
- The Series 7 pack contents changed: the checklist first listed Rey, All Of The Jedi (AI), and a 3 March 2025 post by Gergall says the pack contains Outrider (V) (AI) instead. GEMP's code matches the corrected list. Rey, All Of The Jedi (AI) therefore appears under Other virtual Alternate Images.
- The first (Series 1) paragraph follows the checklist's own wording. The checklist counts Jakku (Light Side) as a bonus 2018 OCS AI; GEMP lists it among Series 1's 22 cards.
- Forum post times use the forum's own (unstated) time zone, so only dates are given.
- After October 2022 the public GEMP repository is a bot mirror, so commit authors there are the sync bot, not the real contributors.
Marginal cuts (restore if wanted)
- "The SWCCG Collecting Encyclopedia and CardGuide list the subset as rarity #A (Alternate Image Card)" (Encyclopedia 3.2; Complete Card List 4.0, Key To Rarity). Removed as catalog bookkeeping.
- "Encyclopedia 3.2 labels that slot Mains / Alternate Image". Removed as catalog bookkeeping.
- Mace Windu, Jedi Master (AI) (Theed Palace) at CategoryOneGames on 9 October 2026: Lightly Played $67.49, Moderately Played $59.99, Heavily Played $52.49. Removed because no regular-card price was compared.
- Qui-Gon Jinn (AI) Reflections III foil at CategoryOneGames on 9 October 2026: Lightly Played $242.99. Removed for the same reason.
- Earlier longer wording in the series sections, including the news posts that named Series 2 and Series 4 as prizes (All Of The Jedi sealed league, 13 August 2021; 2023 Online Play Week) and other prize events: Father's Day Fundraiser 2022 (8 games, Series 3), the GEMP AI Booster Bonanza league (Series 1–4, 22 October to 20 November 2022; thread t81789), 2023 and 2024 Online Retro Events, and the 2024 Online Play Month.
- "Premiums vary by title, condition, and whether Reflections III later foiled that Alternate Image." Removed as unsourced.
Build notes
- The Series 1–8 groupings come from GEMP's
VirtualAlternateImageBoosterPack.java(fixed card-id lists per series). Card counts agree with the Players Committee checklist for all eight series (22, 19, 15, 18, 18, 18, 16, 19). The Players Committee's Official Alternate Images PDF groups by exclusive year and public year instead, so it cannot be used to check the series. - Series history in the public GEMP repository: Series 1 first appears in "Virtual Set 15 Merge From Main" (3 July 2021); Series 2 split out in the Set 16 update (4 September 2021).
- The checklist thread is https://forum.starwarsccg.org/viewtopic.php?t=78442 (started 25 June 2021 by Jnapolit31, still updated). Related forum threads: 75602 (per-AI V-slip checklist), 58106 (original checklist), 81789 (Bonanza).
- The Falcon, Junkyard Garbage pages show both sides. The Card template only holds one set of stats, so the back side's stats are in the Card Text section.

Style pass (2026-10-15)
Missing data
- Series 8 table has no row for First Light, which GEMP's VirtualAlternateImageBoosterPack.java lists in Series 8 (text "not yet shown in this table" removed from the article).
Marginal cuts
- Sources list removed. Every item was already a <ref> except the six Decipher.com card lists (archive 11 August 2004); these are now refs "dec-tat", "dec-cor" and "dec-theed" on the per-set AI sections.
