SW-4 Ion Cannon (Errata) is a Light Weapon (Starship) from A New Hope.
Card Text
Use 1 Force to deploy on your Y-wing or B-wing. May target a starship using 1 Force. Draw destiny. If destiny > target’s defense value, all starship weapons deployed on target are lost, armor or maneuver = 0 and hyperspeed = 0.
Lore
ArMek SW-4 turret-mounted ion cannon. Bursts of ionized energy fuse and overload target's mechanical and computer systems. Allows ships to be captured and boarded.

Rulings
- Whether fired during battle or at another time, the target starship is armor/maneuver and hyperspeed = 0 until it leaves play (or until something makes it 'restored to normal').[1]
- Weapons aboard the starship are only lost as a one-time response to the Cannon firing. Weapons can subsequently be deployed on the starship without becoming lost.
