OR Raise your converted location to the top.

Rulings
- Admiral Ackbar or General Leia single-handedly enables the second function and grants the bonus +1 as well.[1]
- The second function cannot be played with only a non-General Leia. Having an admiral or general is required.
- An opponent's card that 'draws two battle destiny if unable to otherwise' will circumvent the limit on the second function.
