A persona is the set of all versions of one character. No more than one version of the same unique persona may be on table at a time.[1] The persona mechanic was introduced in Hoth, for example Commander Luke Skywalker and Luke Skywalker.[2]
Cards that refer to "Luke" apply to any version of the Luke persona (Luke Skywalker, Commander Luke Skywalker, Son of Skywalker and so on); "Chewbacca" and "Chewie" are interchangeable.[1] If a unique card is sent back to hand, another card of the same persona with a different title may still be deployed that turn.[1]
